Keta SHTS NSMQ contestants have made an assertion they came to Kumasi not just to be in the finals but to win the trophy.
Keta SHTS contestants in an interview with television broadcast, TV3 made this claim.
Bright Senyo Gadzo, a contestant for Ketasco, in the interview said that they are happy to be in NSMQ 2021 finals.

Continuing, he said they didn't travel all the way from Keta, Volta region just to be in the finals.
He asserted they came to Kumasi purposely for the trophy and they won't leave Kumasi without the trophy.
Giffah Alexander also said winning the NMSQ trophy is not a birthright to schools like St. Peters SHS, Presec, PC, Owass among others.
Giffah acknowledged his school's past students and teachers for their backing en route to the finals.
Giffah then explained that the contestants that won Presec and Prempeh College their 6th and 4th trophy ain't the same people but are different so as they are different.

James Lutterodt likewise said that they are happy to be in the finals and they aim for the trophy and not just to compete in the finals.
